Corporate bureaucracy tends to slow down innovation.

Salaries and bonuses are on the lower side, and bonuses are only given after completing one year of tenure. While the workload itself isn’t heavy, upper management has very high expectations regarding quality, which can sometimes feel excessive. During my time there, I improved significantly and maintained very few errors, consistently receiving positive feedback on my progress and performance. Despite that, I was let go after a year due to a reduction in personnel. If you’re looking for long-term stability, I wouldn’t recommend this company, as job security can be uncertain and there are limited opportunities for growth. One additional note: after I was let go, I was contacted by the finance department because of a payroll miscalculation and had to return part of my severance payment. This situation was stressful, especially during an already difficult period.
