      Pros

      Some good things about Descartes are the flexible working hours, vacation time. Good managers friendly people. Big company, head office in Waterloo.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow, little training or support, not a very social place to work, little interaction with people from other departments, dont really tell you much about the company, I still dont even know what they really do. Dont even know senior managers or what they do.
