Exposed to a lot of different technologies. You can learn from your peers if you ask questions and involve yourself. High turnover can lead to increased responsibility. Great place to grow.

Cons

Fairly stagnant salary stream. High turnover can lead to lack of people and skills required to run a smooth operation. No accountability to improve.

As a developer i work from home full time, and with a large number of years working for this company, i am allowed a significant amount of freedom and discretion in choosing which technologies to use in building muy teams applications.

Cons

At times it can become very cororate and alot of tme spent deaing with beurocracy. Vitual meeting can also drain a frustrating amount of time and energy from actual development.
