Leadership: Leaders are bad and two-faced, I would really watch your back. Don't believe in your manager too much. Always be on the look-out Diversity: Really bad. But if you're white you're in the right place and you don't have to try and be someone's pet Learning/Coaching: Don't even bother thinking about this

Antiquated systems. Leadership that is all talk but has no clue about the business. Poor pay relative to the market. Non-existent bonus.
