Pros

- Flexible hours - employee discount - easy tasks (in theory) - relaxed dress code

Cons

- poor communication between store manager and everyone else in the store - poor communication between upper management and store management - frequent changes to store hours and policies such as coupons and returns - no policy for how to deal with repeat problem customers - Always understaffed - customers are rude and entitled (and clearly never read the fine print on anything) - deceptive marketing - overworked - no overtime pay for part time
