      Good working climate but confusing management

      Nice co-workers and a very flat structure where no one looks down at you or see you as to inexperienced to do a job

      Cons

      Management in my team did not seem very interested in employees or there wellbeing, way to focused on own work and not in being a leader

      1. Great people and teammates to work with, proactive design culture 2. Interesting and often times challenging projects

      Cons

      1. Incredible levels on micro-management which bogs down individual creativity and hinders ease of work. 2. Being under Wipro leads to dealing with bureaucratic roadblocks. 3. Feedback circles and decision are un-democratic and are often enforced on employees. 4. Clear bias and partiality by the management for certain people, often leads to a toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Great environment and opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. A lot of independence in making your own choices while you are surrounded by great designers with a passion to share their knowledge. Could not recommend more, especially to start off your career with exciting projects and amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      Salaries are not competitive despite being seen as one of the best design agencies in Oslo.
