Pros
Hybrid, only need to come into office one day a week, if that. Several perks, always free amenities and opportunities to be the first to see things in Cleveland. Fun co-workers when they show up to work.
Cons
Toxic and narcissistic department leaders who continues to grow their salaries using tax dollars. The behavior of upper management and their unethical practices should be investigated.

Pros
Most people are never in the office so it's quiet and peaceful, you can work from home, you occasionally get company tickets to sports events and the local big events the org helps in promoting, and positive resume recognition for your next job.
Cons
Upper management and leadership are disconnected, hierarchy vibes, interesting salary structures, interesting uses of tax dollars, widely resonated "fake" on employee engagement surveys each year when asked to describe the organizational culture. Its a churn and burn type place, good stepping stone but not a happily ever after.
