Pros
Good work and life balance. Different activities in company and out of it. Nice team building stuff. Access to hybrid work from home or office. Good salary for Russia.
Cons
Many learning courses are not accessible for "all" - they are can be not free and expensive or for free courses you have to stand in line and each launch of course if you didn't get it you have to do it again and again, so probably you never access to the course. Work is remote but only in Russia. It's a matter of taste but work tech is ThinkPad Lenovo, it has too expensive for such lack of performance and quality. You have to work with it and can't use MacBook. Career opportunities strongly depends on project.
