No chance if getting a full time employee contract

mobbing, high pressure and long working hours. The manager has final word and control over your career, HR is just compliant...your side of the story is not heard....or it is just pro forma. They treat you like disposable asset - drain your expertise and energy to max and dispose you next day. Honest communication is not appreciated. People come and go within few months (max 2 years) sometimes days. For most of the managers this is just a temporary position, to gain experience in the CV as executive until they get a higher offer...this is the reason why I have a feeling that no-one really cares and believes in the success of this company.
