      Big name with Startup Culture

      Pros

      1. Good Paymaster in NCR 2. Health insurance for parents is free. 3. Unlimited leaves 4. Reachable upper management.

      Cons

      1. Lots of work 2. lots of deployments 3. Poor CI/CD practices 4. there are very few people who have 2+ years of experience, and they think they are everything here. They pretend that they are super busy, won't reply to your messages, they just don't want to break their dependency. 5. No carrier growth I see. PS: these points are for Gurgaon center(DTDL), not sure about other places.
