      1. Good locations, 2. Interesting services, lots of customers, great opportunities to have positive impact on communities and individuals via great communication services. Some departments actually have great strategies, but often fail in execution. 3. Some talented colleagues.

      Cons

      1. Way too much politics 2. Conflicting interests (starting with organisational setup and overlapping responsibilities) 3. Many experts and leaders lost motivation & are out of touch with the world.

      1. Will get good experience in product development 2. SCRUM followed 3. Option to switch between different teams easily. 4. Onsite opportunities in H1 visa for 3 months (pre COVID) 5. Learning product development 6. relatively good appraisal (Pre COVID) 7 Good In-Hand salary

      Cons

      1. Poor management and finance planning at times, like in COVID time. 2. Rigid time booking policy. 3. Micro Management in some team. 4. Not a very happening culture and office environment. 5. Very less appreciation.
