Low morale. Terrible benefits. Poor management at the highest levels. President is crass and says things that make many of the women I know uncomfortable. High turnover. Untrustworthy, get everything in writing.

Management was not transparent about anything including work descriptions and expectations. There were was a high amount of nepotism and micromanagement including shady practices behind closed doors regarding employee and supervisors. Don't waste your time applying, there are better options.
