I love working at Devereux. There is a lot of wonderful leaders that are excited to see you grow in your day to day. There are many opportunities to learn and advance. They have a program where you can receive tuition reimbursement. The administration is focused on the services they provide and all feedback is welcome. You can ask many questions and everyone is happy to help. A welcoming environment with servant leadership!

Cons

Every job has its cons but I wouldn't say there are much here. Devereux has several locations so you may travel a lot, if that is not something that works for you.

Pros

Benefits: Good Healthcare with low deductible, Dental, vision, 401K with Matching, and ASCEND - 100% tuition paid (in advance) including books! I have a voice at Devereux. They work with you to overcome hurdles and understand work/life balance. Overtime available too if you want it.

Cons

The EHR is confusing to work in. Pay is standard for NEPA social services (not great) Communication is lacking between departments. National (Phila) lacks an understanding of the differences and unique challenges of the area/program.
