I have been here for a few months and this company is the best one I have ever worked for. The management is not only focused on the members and meeting their goals but they also make sure to focus on the employee's mental health and overall happiness. It has been such a refreshing experience to have an employer care for you and make sure you are doing ok not only with your workload but also in your personal life.

- My interview process was simple, all 3 interviewers were scheduled on the same day, conversational, not intimidating at all. - Devoted has a very open channel of communication, I get feedback right away if ever I have a question or I need help with something. I also like the fact that there are meetings that they organize regularly (large and small group meetings) to provide updates or presentations regarding upcoming changes. - I appreciate that they provide enough time for new employees to undergo training before starting a new job.
