      - My background is education. I came to Devoted seeking a career shift. On boarding was seamless. - Great career pathway. In 3 years, I was able to move from entry level guide to supervisor. - Camaraderie with peers and beyond is a huge plus!

      Cons

      - We are fully remote and though we have many initiatives to create peer engagement....we have growth to undergo in this arena.

      The culture is nothing like I have ever encountered. The mission and the way we take care of each other and our members is second to none.

      Cons

      We move FAST and while I thrive in that environment not everyone does. We grow so quickly that we have to move fast.
