      Incredible work/life balance!!! Plenty of remote opportunities, great people and rewarding work.

      Devoted is still in start-up phases, so it definitely has its growing pains but you can make it your own.

      - My interview process was simple, all 3 interviewers were scheduled on the same day, conversational, not intimidating at all. - Devoted has a very open channel of communication, I get feedback right away if ever I have a question or I need help with something. I also like the fact that there are meetings that they organize regularly (large and small group meetings) to provide updates or presentations regarding upcoming changes. - I appreciate that they provide enough time for new employees to undergo training before starting a new job.
