Pros

Comprehensive Health Plan for you and your family. 401 Retirement Plan. Generous PTO and Paid Holidays. Mental health resources like Lyra. Time off to vote. Mental Health Days Off. A committed Leadership providing tools and resources to improve your engagement with your role and reach out team goals. A Supportive supervisor team who cares about your expectations & feelings; and willing to help you when ever you need to. We have Over Time (1.5) option during the week and weekends if you want to make extra money and support members. As a Bilingual Guide I advocate for the Hispanic community member teaching them how to navigate a Medicare Plan. During the pandemic, we've been working from home (full remote), also Devoted gives a bonus for telecommunications every month. You receive goodies from your leadership team on special dates like Christmas, Halloween, a winter vest, t- shirts, cards. Devoted works with the latest software, programs and provides all latest technology equipment available with a great quality. Performing over the expectations and meet team goals, you are eligible to get some incentives like gift cards, books, goodies from Amazon. In 2020, I earned $50 dollars in Amazon and $100 Grubhub gift cards from Devoted. Leaders know that life happens if you need to leave early and get approved PTO at last minute like medical appts, immunizations, sick days, etc, 5 weeks of paid training to prepare you to deliver a world wide health care experience. You can shadow other departments if you would like to apply to other roles within the company. As a guide in Devoted Health, you have a competitive salary depending of your prior experience, and negotiation skills around the Boston area. We treat our members and co-workers like family, I'm proud to be a part of Devoted Health and represent its values delivering a special health care plan experience. Here, you are going to find a multicultural team from different backgrounds. We have our virtual happy hours lounge to build relationship within the team to connect with new hires and other guides, supervisors and leaders. Yearly salary review. If you are interested, you can apply as a Senior Guide after 6 months of being a Guide.
