CEOs and senior-level management are the most humble group I've ever encountered. Smart and caring employees. Company culture provides a safe space for all employees to thrive. Best career decision I ever made. The quarterly "swag" of gifts to employees is pretty cool also.

Prefacing this with those who might be skeptic of the company and/or reviews on Glassdoor - I don't typically write reviews and there is no incentive provided for writing this. As someone who was hesitant to join, I'm really happy I did - it has been refreshing to be part of a team that has exceeded my expectations both at an individual contributor level as well as a company at large. - Working with smart, down-to-earth people - Start-up feel (despite being a larger company now) - Growing company (actually growing and making a positive change for those under the Devoted wing) - Strong leadership with a transparent plan thru 2030 - Healthcare Benefits are pretty great - Good work-life balance (we have our busy seasons but people are all pretty mindful and respectful about time away from work).
