      - Work from home job allows for flexibility - Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians have several years of experience - I've learned a lot through this role regarding data interpretation - Although much of the team works remotely, we still have virtual and occasional in person meet-ups

      - Some months of the year are busier than others

      Working at Devoted has been the highlight of may career. The opportunities are endless to learn from some of the smartest, caring and humble people I've had the pleasure to work with. Being part of an organization that is growing 2X+ every year is incredibly exciting and I feel like we are on our way to make meaningful change in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      We move fast, jobs change consistently. This is not a place where you work within the confines of your job description. If that's the type of role you want, this is not the place for you.
