      Tons of growth as the company continues to expand. Benefits are amazing AND cheap. Love the openness

      Fast pace and frequent changes to processes is not for those who prefer stability.

      Members are truly treated like family, with compassion, dignity and respect. All employees are also treated like family. Great diversity and inclusion values. Wonderful and positive work environment.

      - Extremely collaborative culture where everyone is willing to help one another -Positive attitudes here are contagious and make it easy to show up to work -Interesting work that leads to improving our members' lives -Leaders are down to earth and talk to you as if you're old friends and they're all accessible -EXCELLENT healthcare benefits

      -No 401K match -Utilizes google rather than traditional office tools (Excel, outlook, etc), but they are very similar in the end
