Pros

-- The mission. It's important, really important... and I can see the impact I'm personally making towards our goal of truly helping our aging loved ones. -- The people. Smart, caring, passionate, not judgmental, fun. -- The benefits. The benefits tell the story of how much Devoted cares for their employees. -- The Growth. There's a ton now and will be for years to come. -- The locations. Spacious, open, encourages open thought and transparency. -- The leadership. Always approachable, always present, always transparent, always willing to help.

Cons

If you lack agility, if forward thinking isn't your style, if you're not open to suggestion, if you work for applause in place of cause, that would be a con.

Pros

The mission is more than just delivering Medicare Advantage plans but around changing healthcare and that feeling is pervasive everywhere - in team meetings, executive communications, decisions, and our Slack channel. The leadership is also very transparent and aligned and clear on the goals for the company, which in turn allows all the teams needed to operate autonomously within those goals but also collaborate with alignment when needed. Culture around work/life balance, working parents, diversity across race gender age etc is also terrific.

Cons

Not many I can think of. The company is growing super fast so it’s hard to keep up with the new employees and still feel like a small company. Most managers care about professional development but realistically the growth path at the mid- to senior-levels are undefined/limited given the nature of the work.

Pros

After 13 years of working for a major health insurance carrier, it was a eye opening moment to connect with Devoted Health. From the moment of initial conversations with the recruiter, to visiting the office and staff , to ultimately accepting the offer to become part of the Devoted family it has been a great experience. You truly need to visit the office to experience the energy! Devoted's mission to treat everyone like we would treat our own family is a sorely needed outlook for healthcare. While a start up is not for everyone, if you are willing and able to be flexible and shift at a moment's notice, you will be a great fit! Coming from a large carrier, it is often that the senior management, CEO etc are not approachable. That is far from the case here at Devoted. Our leadership team, founders and CEO are always just a message away, and they will answer you! I am excited to see how we are going to change healthcare! PROS: * Collaboration between all departments * Empowerment to think outside the box for the good of our members * Work / Life balance * Technology * Company paid health, vision and dental * Senior management is always approachable

Cons

* A start up is not for everyone
