      A Company That Values Diversity on all Dimensions!

      Pros

      Devoted is open to hear what you have to say as an employee but the leadership also values your ideas and allows you to put them to action. I have the opportunity to point out areas of improvement within my role and other parts of the business and also have our leaders take my ideas seriously. It's hard to find a place that values such diversity in thoughts, ideas, personality, feedback style, etc, and I am truly confident I found that in Devoted.

      Cons

      Start ups are not for the weak of heart! You have to be willing to help out wherever and whenever needed and do more than what your job description says. There is so much room to grow and learn within the company so come ready to learn!

      Pros

      When people ask me about my job at Devoted, I regularly say -- "You know how at most jobs you know who you can count on and who you can't? It's not like that here. Everyone does what they say they're going to do. It's a stellar team. There's a lot of trust and people depend on each other because we have to -- it's a real team effort." It's really fun to start something from the beginning. The mix of industry experts with tech/innovator types can't be beat.

      Cons

      Start-ups aren't for everyone. Be ready for ambiguity, be ready to pivot, and be ready to be really transparent about what's working and what's not -- so that the team can work quickly to fix (inevitable) problems and challenges.

      Great culture that takes diversity seriously

      Pros

      Mission of improving healthcare for seniors. People are super diverse (gender, skillset, age, etc) so a great culture of listening and respect.

      Cons

      Still a startup in a challenging industry. Lots of senior people. Super ambitious goals. We'll see how this company evolves over time.
