      I started as a guide and now a supervisor here, which has been an amazing opportunity to learn and grow. You’re surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed, and there’s a strong culture of support and encouragement. We’re growing quickly and the energy is very much can’t stop, won’t stop.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and there’s a lot of change, but there is no growth without change. If you see change as growth, you’ll thrive here.

      I feel very lucky to have found a career path here at Devoted. Hard work and passion for what we do opens growth opportunities for those that deserve them. Being apart of a better healthcare solution for our Medicare eligible Americans is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Working at Devoted has you surrounded by the most amazing humans. Doing work that truly makes a difference alongside people that have huge hearts and are willing to go the extra mile is a rare combination.

      I don’t have anything at all it’s the best company I have ever worked for and I plan to be here until retirement age.

      Lack of transparency across leadership, very little communication from leaders, constantly changing the narrative without notice, unreasonable expectations of employees and effectively a call center with no opportunities for advancement.
