Pros

Great pay Extensive sick/paid time off Option for free health insurance FMLA/Medical leave options Option for Disability pay etc. Great working hours Opportunity for growth and development Ability to ascend to higher roles Great management Amazing work environment Team support and camaraderie Access to free mental health support Free calm app subscription

Cons

Mass lay offs can effect the stability of this position. Members can be abrasive as they are treated very well and can be easily put off by something not going their way as they don’t expect it.

Pros

Very nice company and great software.

Cons

I recall an initial into meeting with the ceo where he was asked by myself in specific about being bought out by another company and he said no plans. Then the f/u question was about lay offs and growth to which he mentioned the article in forbes from 2023 talking about growth and the company making money. Fast fwd to 05/19/2025 right after my sons HS graduation ceremony im told im part of a group of ppl being laid off. Even being top ten in metrics across all teams.

Pros

Work life balance, mission, orinoco, and benefits.

Cons

Horrible upper management who don't lead and even worse directors in an 'ole boys club' gatekeeping what is really going on and hiding the true talent killing themselves with the actual hard work. Any threat to them managing a paycheck or thoughtful input is seen as a threat instead of for what it is.... meaningful discussion. Fear of being fired looms over all constantly. Devoted has the best tech in the world but too much time is entering redundant info in spreadsheets upper sales management relies on to look good because they don't know how to use modern tech to be efficient. Calendars exist but need to be documented in 3 places. I don't want to get paid to look busy, we've got actual work to do! The biggest disappointment is the apparent disregard for the employees. Nobody appreciates you and will use you up and spit you out and move on with things like all is fine. Attention Devoted... things are not fine! Everyone blames "growing pains" but it's truly far more sinister. Great company systematically being destroyed from within by losers just taking a pay check who are completely unfamiliar with "how we roll". My tenure feels like a giant episode of either the Twilight Zone or Scooby Do. I'm not sure why I'm still here. I guess I'm foolish to think romantically that Ed doesn't know. So I stay for the Parks, my colleagues, and the members.
