      Opportunity to help form company from the ground up Open, smart, credible and caring leadership team Chance to truly changing the healthcare system Feels like a family Beautiful bright new office space with free parking and healthy snacks and lunches Free employer paid healthcare for MA employees

      No real cons except to say that a fast growing start up is not for everyone

      Pros

      Work from home/remote and full benefits including dental and vision were the best part of the company

      Cons

      Bad management, basically friends hiring friends, so you’re managed by people with no experience who don’t even understand basic management or rights of employees. HR also didn’t know the law and had to be shown clear documentation to prove they were violating my rights by not allowing me a day off for something legally required

      Amazing coworkers Good pay (OT and 2x pay on holidays) Health insurance is good Work remote Internships and growth opportunities

      Policies way too strict Extremely by the book CEO’s/upper management act like robots If you have anything going on in your personal life they will not care
