      Pros

      Remote, work from home, great employees

      Cons

      Working for a start up and healthcare in general, they will always pull at your heart strings and preach about their mission to overwork employees. Devoted Health was exactly that, if you don't drink the cool-aid. This company will burn you out, unless you enjoy monotonous jobs.

      Pros

      You get paid a little more per hour but commission checks are not great and if you end up on one of the low IQ managers teams they will micro manage you and you will not have a work life balance.

      Cons

      Some managers EGOS will mKe things challenging! Expect to be let go for any little reason! If they dont like you or your a threat they will come for your job. No oversight in managers and no job security!

      They offer remote positions and the job itself was not hard.

      Cons

      Metrics can be difficult to meet. Management does not have an open door policy. They will let you go without warning.
