      Pros

      Devoted goes above and beyond to make sure staff is comfortable, compensated, and healthy. By offering quarterly bonuses, in-between bonuses, relaxation classes, and engagements that makes everyone feel appreciated! A really great work from home company!

      Supervisors are very nit picky. Lots of micro management.
