We have metrics in place to ensure we are able to achieve our business goals and our performance is aligned to achieve our mission. We do recognize where our rapid growth can result in adjustments to our metrics and processes, and this can cause extra stress on this type of role and team, so we are focused on adding tooling and resources to help our employees. The Pharmacy Technician - Medicare Adherence team has experienced very little voluntary attrition this year (3.8%). We also recognize career advancement is significant in fostering career growth and development. We are committed to creating pathways for advancement within our organization and are exploring ways to enhance these opportunities moving forward.
