Pros

free insurance for you and your family

Cons

too many to list. You have to be a brown noser to get anywhere in this company. You give 110% and they give you free health insurance, that's about it. They didn't like that I expressed my opinion and I was asked to resign...

Pros

Pay was competitive for the job

Cons

You are just a number here. It was a good start up to work for when I joined, but it quickly turned corporate and there was a lot of micromanaging. It’s impossible to move up or into a different role. Members are awful and cruel, but that comes with any call center. Work here if you want to be a robot all day, everyday, and suffer from emotional exhaustion.

Pros

Low to No Cost Health Coverage, Work From Home, Some good people trying to maintain good work environment.

Cons

As one reviewer wrote the onboarding is very cult like, but don't look too far behind the curtain. Not what's advertised. Claims of treating members like family are just that-claims. Heavy emphasis on metrics over treating members ethically. Long work hours, 10 to 12 hour days and weekends are expected. Factory like environment. Leadership chalks it up to being a start up. Unfortunately their building poor quality into their culture. No work life balance.
