      Pros

      Everything about Devoted exceeds my expectations -- the work is challenging, fast-paced, diverse, and meaningful; the company culture is a place of support and camaraderie; and I truly feel like there are opportunities to learn and mature my skill set each day. I've loved seeing the company take shape and grow so quickly. Working at Devoted is one of the most fulfilling roles that I have had in my 25+ year career.

      Pros

      I've been working in healthcare for 8 years. Devoted is the 3rd venture-capital backed, high-growth company that I've joined. I love it here, and it's truly the first place where I could see myself (and hope to see myself!) sticking around for 10+ years. The company is highly functional. We have a clear strategy, effective forums for decision making, and a highly engaged, empathetic, and knowledgeable executive team. Treating every member like family is truly our North Star and it is lived and felt every day. Decisions are made for the right, logical reasons. And they are made quickly. My colleagues are kind and smart. My work-life balance is healthy. I feel so grateful to work here!

      Maybe I could make more money elsewhere, but the positives I experience every single day in the quality of my work environment far and away outweigh that opportunity.

      Pros

      The culture at Devoted is by far the BEST! Everyone including the co founders have positive intent for all employees at Devoted.Everyone is family here. All managers have very "open door" policy. Devoted takes care of it's employees by ensuring our medical is covered, 12 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays and a mental health day.

      No cons about Devoted. Being a fairly new company we are still growing!!
