Pros

Devoted is one of those companies that sound too good to be true, so much so that it makes you doubt how real it can be, but all I can say is I am so lucky to have found this opportunity. Devoted IS truly an unique company and they truly care about their members and employees. As a paramedic I am used to being underpaid, overworked, unnapreciated and all while having awful bennefits. Devoted is the complete opposite of that, they have an amazing company culture, with great pay and bennefits.

Cons

As an in home tech you will be driving everyday, the drives can sometimes be long, just be prepared for that. The in home tech program is new, but growing fast so you will be part of a team that is growing and ironing out kinks, not really a con just more of a this is what you should expect.

Pros

Incredible culture!!!!! Leaders really value their employees no matter your role. Extremely mission-driven -- all employees are very passionate about our mission and will work hard to maintain it as we grow. You are always surrounding by smart and driven people who want what's best for the success of the company. Clear path for career growth and constant opportunities to learn. Very generous compensation and benefits package -- free healthcare, including vision & dental, equity, 401k, monthly wifi/phone subsidy.

Cons

None that come to mind. This company is not for everyone, and that is ok. In a start-up culture, you end up wearing many hats and sometimes you have to do something that is outside of your job responsibilities. In order to be successful, you have to be a self-starter and self-motivated. Must be comfortable with change and willing to be flexible at any given moment. These are not necessarily cons, but something to keep in mind if you are not familiar with a start-up company.
