Pros

This company is HEAVILY invested in its culture, utilizing HR, feedback surveys, and Town Halls. They go above and beyond to support employees and even acknowledge their mistakes and take measurable steps to fix them. Thoroughly impressed with the character of the leadership here.

Cons

Still very much start-up feel, which many of us who are here actually like and prefer, but that means there are inevitably some organization issues that are continuously improving. I see it as a pro because it's easy to leave your thumbprint on this organization by introducing a new idea (leadership is very receptive and often acts on good ideas post-haste), but to others who want a more unchanging/stable environment, this company is probably not for you.

Pros

I enjoy new challenges every day. The entire team is extremely supportive. I think the management here is authentic and they all display empathy. It's refreshing. I've grown more professionally here at Dew than I have at any of the other companies I've worked for.

Cons

Working remotely can be lonely and can make it hard to connect with other people on the team. There's no replacement for being in-person. That being said, Dew has done all they've been able to do for their remote employees. It's not really an issue I have with Dew, but rather the challenges of remote work.

- Collaborative and welcoming team - Fully remote position - Clear growth plan for the company - Management is willing to take input from all levels - Very thoughtful and intentional hiring + onboarding process - Good benefits (ESOP, 401(k), Health Ins, Annual Education Reimbursement) - Fair Pay - Clear path for promotion - Quarterly all-hands in Scottsdale AZ

Cons

- Not eligible for 401(k) immediately (3 mo. waiting period) - Health insurance can get expensive when adding spouse + dependents
