Pros

Great culture. I really enjoy my coworkers. An awesome hybrid work environment. Credit and constructive criticism is given when due. Coworkers are supportive and collaborative. Transparency and honesty is expected.

Cons

Difficult to take time off with all the growth happening.

Pros

All the team members have an enthusiasm for their job which is contagious and makes you want to work harder. Everyone within the firm is willing to pour into you as an employee and is invested in your professional growth. We all collaborate frequently which is a great way to learn, test your ideas, and grow as an advisor.

Cons

The advisor position is definitely not a 9-5. I have found it difficult to manage the workload and have found myself frequently needing to work outside of normal business hours to stay on top on my tasks.

-Long hours (not bad if you love it) -Large ramp-up for the technology and model
