Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for Dew Wealth is the people and the culture. Working with Dew employees is the best. They are always helpful and incredibly intelligent. Everyone has a sense of working together and accomplishing the task at hand. They really care about the employees as well as the clients. This is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

There are set hours Monday thru Friday, however, management is very flexible to allow you to make up the time.

Pros

Culture is team oriented. Everybody pulls the rope in the same direction. Always act as a fiduciary. I have no compensation tied to sales. I only care about what's best for my clients. That makes my job easier. We are growing fast. There are so many opportunities to grow my career and accelerate my career because there is so much opportunity. Transparency is key. I always know where I stand.

Cons

It takes a lot of work to be successful. Becoming technically proficient to the degree required to excel is no joke - you need to love to learn and can't be lazy. Their processes are better than my old firm, but just like any small company, more processes could be implemented to help us scale even faster.
