Very competitive to land. May have to travel and depending on your job title, you may always be moving around whether it's just in the office or from site to site depending on where the job is.

Complete lack of leadership. Most managers have been promoted only due to seniority level, not through any competency or ability. Most "managers" in my office do would not shy away from telling you they have no desire to manage. Because of this, the office has no direction, no organization, and no motivation to every be better. Any attempt I make to offer performance improvements to management has only been met with the manager telling me they feel things are good enough as is. The only thing management in my office rewards is maintaining the status quo. Furthermore, the benefits and HR policies are stuck very outdated. This is a privately owned company and they only care about making money for the private owners.
