      Good place to start career but hard to move up

      Pros

      Good initial experience and exposure. Good exposure to the A&E industry. Lot of young people who do things after work together.

      Cons

      Low salaries and raises. Low potential for growth. Too many middle managers. Needs to invest more in technological innovations to gain tan edge. Some idea work some don't but you got to try.

      Good salaries and benefits, passionate group

      Cons

      Some leaders are not pulling their own weight and do not support those who threaten them - by those who have more experience, or who find them timid, or are trying to hold on to power for something they do not do well. Also, even though all employees have to take ethics and sexual harrassment training every year there are leaders who still act creepy with women.
