The best thing about the company was the coworkers.

Cons

If you turn 50 while working at Dewberry, start looking for work. They do not value older employees. You will be out of work before you know it.

Good salary with included overtime of you work over 40 hrs a week and the benefits package was pretty good. The people at the office were very friendly.

Cons

Management is to busy to really help answer questions and when they do they don't give a reason behind there answers

Great environment to work in and also people in the department know what they are doing. Also the bagels in the morning are nice.

Cons

Management not being there when you need them to answer questions and disciplining on hypercritical situations.
