Great people to work with. In house training opportunities and good senior engineers to learn from. Some interesting projects.

Cons

Those that are not proactive can be put in silos of doing the same task only.

Entry level employees can gain lots of experience. Which will help them land their next job or help them decide what they want to do next. Good place to start.

Cons

Even though they offer and encourage training for career growth. Once you finish the training they do not seem to value it or encourage their employees to grow in the company.

day to day coworkers are top notch, great people, very friendly. company does pull in big work sometimes. paid OT is usually available, sometimes expected. medical benefits are very good.

Cons

my boss is a micro manager. work is usually unappreciated even when you go above and beyond what you should be doing. 401k matches max at 2% from the company if you do 4%
