Pros

Decent benefits, company culture is solid, no issues with CEO or President, very friendly and open to conversations. Department culture could use a lot of work.

Cons

Depending on which department you work in....you can very easily be overworked and quick to burnout. Very high turnover rate in my department, manager constantly complained of low retention rate but did very little (almost nothing) in order to make changes/focus on employee welfare. When workload issues would arise, I was told verbatim: "these problems are self-inflicted, and you just need to work faster".
