Not great

Pros

Easy commute, office/field balance was nice

Cons

Lots of micromanagement here. Was hired for one position, then left feeling like I did 10 peoples jobs. The less you make here, the harder they work you. Higher paid employees slacked off all day while I slaved away. Lots of late nights, was always the last one to leave. No incentive bonuses, no Christmas bonus, small raises. And they gave me hell when I left. They tried to counter offer to get me to stay but told me I needed to work harder. No thanks, I already had enough stress. Management would always be on vacation or taking days off. Random lay-offs throughout the office. Pay is also significantly lower here than anywhere else I've ever worked.
