Pros

Wonderful learning experience, helpful and very knowledgeable colleagues, supportive managers.

Cons

Mostly will have to work for more than one project, its better if the managers and leads from different projects have more communication between them and understanding of the time and effort required for the tasks given to the employee.

Pros

Dewberry provides very competitive benefits, the people in the office are a huge PRO for the Dallas office, and the company provides flexibility when needed. Everyone in the company is helpful and understanding.

Cons

The company as a whole is somewhat resistant to change (behind the curve, so to speak, when it comes to the use of technology), and there has been some morale upset in the Dallas office due to some turnover and management issues. Also, the company doesn't provide many opportunities for career growth unless someone gets sick, retires or resigns.

Pros

Great relationship with government agencies, therefore wins significant project work. Easy for a young person to rise quickly.

Cons

Difficult for people in offices outside of HQ to stay in the loop. Not much synergy between offices, but there seemed to be great potential for it. Decisions were made sometimes without regard for impact it would have on staff. People get to be known for their strengths, but often other talents go unused. Lot of competition for upper management positions.
