Great company with a lot of growth and opportunity
Pros
Great culture but it does depend on the office you are in. As a new grad, the bigger offices will be a better bet. Lots of very smart people, lots of opportunity and growth, and wide range of projects. If you work hard, sky is the limit and leadership wants you to succeed. It’s a big enough company that there are large, cool projects but small enough that even as an entry level you can engage in corporate initiates. Plenty of opportunity if you’re willing to put to effort in. They’re also making a strong effort to create a more inclusive and diverse culture.
Cons
Not a great technical training program, it is more “on the job training”. It can be overwhelming and a little unclear of your path as an entry level. Benefits are below average and really need improvement.
