Good for entry level, but move on for career advancement
Pros
It's a good place to gain some technical skills for entry level engineers. Stay for a couple of years then move on. If you're lucky enough to have a good boss then your experience could be fulfilling. Office is generally laid back.
Cons
If you stay 10 years, you get $1,000 for your loyalty. 10 years starting from 2012, not when you actually started. If there's a natural disaster that forces an office to close, you will be asked to use accrued vacation days or personal leave to make up the hours. That pretty much sums up how out of touch upper management is. The bottom line rules everything. Engineers at all skill levels are seen as commodities and are easily replaceable, even though the company says otherwise. Opportunities to advance your career within the company is poor. The movie Office Space is a pretty accurate depiction of how the company is run.
