Somewhat flexible in terms of schedule; however, due to the old school mentality of the men running the company, if you're not actively in the office working then you must not be doing your job.

Very little pro's. The best thing I can think of are the perks for Associate level (management) and above. They get the bonuses and unlimited work-from-home days.

Cons

- Provincialism, favoritism, and racism - Dishonesty on career trajectory - Revolving door; don't expect to be here long if you are entry-level.
