Pros

I really enjoy working for Dewberry. The mentor ship culture is such that you can tell they want you to succeed, and they have great succession planning processes in place that ensure you have access to upward mobility if you want it. On a National scale, they are working hard to improve their recruitment and retention practices for minority communities, and advocating for more diversity, equity and inclusion within the firm as well.

Cons

Not much diversity in the local office.

Flexible hours. OK for a first job but no growth

Cons

No opportunities for advancing your career. Pay is below average. Remote work is not an option. No work culture. No community outreach. Messy/lacking structure in the company. Raises are insulting.
