Flexible on schedule, holiday pay and certain benefits given. You learn a lot about the industry but not fully. You get to sell but yet you will not get paid.

Cons

Poor management, conflict of interest, poor pay and we have to sell when we are not even licensed. Often management treats you like it’s your fault they are not meeting their numbers. Too much work is given to you and for 0.27 cents raise you have to beg two years and lucky if in one you get it. Don’t report anything because they don’t care. Bad and terrible company to work for.

They really care about their employees! For the most part can make your own schedule and usually no problem getting time off if something comes up.

Cons

Dealing with clients who are less than reasonable.. and working in the extreme hot and cold. Fluctuation in pay as seasons change.
