Job security, always get paid on the 15 and 30th of every month. Not worried about a corporate take over from a larger Company.

Cons

Some things are still very old school. But sometimes it’s called for.

Cons

A downside to working at Dewey is the lack of COMPANY WIDE celebrations for all employees to come together.
