      Pros

      I feel honored to work here. I work in tech support and knowing that I am helping someone and making a difference is very rewarding. The company is growing faster than any company I have ever worked for. The management is first class and there for you every step of the way. Customer experience is first and foremost. Pay and benefits are way above AZ averages. The work environment is professional but fun at the same time. Plenty of room for advancement.

      Cons

      As we grow, there are some issues with systems talking between departments, but that is being addressed.

      Pros

      Young atmosphere, lots to do and learn, fast paced and a good cause. Great benefits (Provided lunch time workouts, good coverage for medical, dental and vision).

      Cons

      Lower salaries than the competitive market but the positive and engaging atmosphere keeps you from leaving. Loss of efficiency as the company grows up and maintains some poor leadership. No 401K matching.
