Pros

There's always work to do and they even boosted our pay during the start of covid and boosted it again to help their employees even more. Great company. good number of ways to move through the company. rotating schedule, so you're only working 3 day weeks and 4 day week unless you volunteer overtime.

Cons

12 hours shifts are long. It's hard to keep up.

Pros

Good people with genuine intentions working for a greater cause to deliver a well functioning device.

Cons

Pay doesn't match the job duties of the job. The job description is minimal compared to what they actually have you do. After being knowledgeable of all of the workstations on the line, AFAC, Passthrough, Bubble Testing and other stations, people are paid depending on how long they've been at the company compared to how much they actually know. After speaking with supervisors, it is clear that they give raises based on how long you've been working there. Some people that have been there for more than 3 years are Senior Operators but have no clue on how to perform the rest of the job duties that the position requires.
