You'll find a warm, friendly welcome here at Dexcom and a sense that what we are trying to do will really make a difference to the lives of those people living with Diabetes. Whilst I'm still relatively new, the onboarding process was great and I've really enjoyed learning about our ambition to support people with diabetes through reliable technology.

Pros

Very good product that is currently better then the competition. Many employees have passion to bring the product to PWD.

Cons

Hiring is focused on diversity 1st and qualifications are a "nice to have". The problem is that existing employees have to work harder to make take up the workload and this results in employee burnout and very high turnover. Grade levels director & above are all highly regarded and compensated and everything below is treated as disposable.
